How it plays

A Smuggling crime. Commit it in your Afternoon: play it face up, the table reacts (Leak adds Heat, Tip-Off cancels it), then you may Cover it, take its 3 Heat unless it is legal or Covered, and take the $9M payout. It goes into your Rap Sheet.

This crime cannot be Covered: only a Law that legalises Smuggling keeps its Heat off you. Commit it low, or not at all.

Effect: Cannot be Covered.
