Web purchases (Stripe)

The Diplomatic Passport bought on this site can be refunded within 14 days if it has not been used, meaning the account has not played a game with the Passport's cosmetics or ad-free benefit active. Email the receipt to info@beckhamenterprises.com and the refund goes back to the card within a few business days.

Steam, Google Play, the App Store, the Microsoft Store, Discord

Purchases in a store follow that store's refund policy and are requested from the store, not from us. We cannot see or reverse store transactions. If a store refunds a Passport, the Passport is removed from the linked account.

Gift and promo codes

Codes have no cash value and are not refundable. A code that fails to redeem is replaced; write to us with the code.

Physical edition

Refund terms for the physical edition will be published with its store listing or Kickstarter campaign.

Something went wrong

If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, tell us. We would rather refund than argue.
