Draw a Street card.
How it plays
A Smuggling crime. Commit it in your Afternoon: play it face up, the table reacts (Leak adds Heat, Tip-Off cancels it), then you may Cover it, take its 2 Heat unless it is legal or Covered, and take the $3M payout. It goes into your Rap Sheet.
Covers for it: Diplomatic Pouch, Plausible Deniability, Scapegoat.
Effect: Draw a Street card.
