Cookies and local storage

The website and the online table set no advertising or tracking cookies. Page analytics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no fingerprinting.

Two things are stored in your browser so the game works: a random player id and the name you typed (so you can rejoin a table), and your sound and layout preferences. They never leave your device except the id and name, which the table you join needs to seat you.

If you sign in, one session cookie (di_session) keeps you signed in for 90 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite, and it holds a random token, nothing about you.

The free phone editions, when they ship, will show an advertisement between games through Google AdMob, which may set identifiers subject to your device's tracking settings and a consent prompt. Passport holders see no ads and AdMob is not loaded for them.

Because there is nothing to consent to on the web, there is no cookie banner. If that changes, a banner will appear before anything non-essential is set.

The privacy policy has the rest.
