I typed the table code and nothing happens

Codes are four letters, no digits. Ask the host to read it again or send the invite link. If the table already started, the game has begun without you; the host can add you next game. A table nobody joins closes after a few minutes.

The game says a computer is playing my seat

You stepped away or lost connection: after 90 seconds on your first decision (60 seconds after) a computer plays the seat so the table can continue. Tap the bar at the top of the table, or the Welcome back dialog, to take it back. Nothing is lost.

Someone booked a Departure and I never got to play my Tip-Off

The moment a Departure is booked, every other player gets a twenty-second window to answer it: play a Tip-Off (cancels it), a Leak (adds Heat; a Scandal collapses it) or let them go. The window is the moment; after it the round of turns still follows, and Tip-Off and Leak stay playable from your hand at any time until the leaver's next turn. If the bar at the bottom runs out, you let them go.

No sound

Browsers block audio until you tap the page once. Check the Menu: Narration and Music each have a switch and a volume. On iPhone the ringer switch also mutes web audio.

The table froze or I was disconnected

Reload the page. Your seat is remembered on this device and you rejoin the same table. If you are on a phone that sleeps, the game reconnects when the screen wakes.

Cards are too small on my phone

Turn the phone sideways. Tap any card to read it large; tap your Goal pill to see your Goal and doors. Add the game to your home screen for a full-screen table.

I want to delete my account

Menu → Account → Delete account. It removes your sign-in, profile, statistics and Passport immediately. Or email us and we will do it.

The sign-in link did not arrive

Check spam. Links expire after 20 minutes and work once; ask for another. Five links an hour per address.

Refunds

Store purchases follow that store's refund policy. Web purchases through Stripe can be refunded within 14 days if the Passport has not been used; email us with the receipt.

Report a player

Table chat and names are covered by the Terms. Email the table code, the time and what was said; the public table log keeps the record.
